A quick guide to how NEXORA works. Explore our handpicked collection, check product details and join us for updates. Checkout is opening after final payment and shipping verification.
Can I place an order right now?
No. Not yet. The NEXORA collection is open for browsing and saved finds. Secure checkout is being finalized for approved products.
Who takes my payment?
When launched, your payment will be collected through the secure checkout on NEXORA. We do not redirect customers to wholesale supplier buy pages.
Where do items ship from?
Our sourcing partners may ship from warehouses in China or other countries. Product-specific warehouse and shipping options must be verified before checkout activates.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping time varies with product, warehouse and destination. We will display accurate processing and transit estimates once verified. Until then, no arrival timeframe is promised.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Before real sales begin, we will publish the applicable cancellation window, return eligibility, return address and refund conditions. Please read Returns & refunds for the current information.
Will I have to pay extra fees?
Any applicable sales tax, cross-border charges and delivery costs must be clearly communicated at checkout. Product prices are indicative until your destination and order are verified at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once orders are enabled, you will receive a store order reference. The homepage includes an order lookup function; a tracking number follows after the supplier dispatches your parcel.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact store support with your order number, description and photos so the merchant can review the issue and applicable consumer protections. Refund and replacement policy details are being finalized.
