NEXORA is preparing its secure US checkout. This page explains how shipping, returns and personal information are handled or will be handled when ordering opens. No paid orders are accepted at this time.
Shipping and delivery
Products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers, including suppliers in China. Delivery dates, available destinations, transit times, and any shipping restrictions depend on the product and delivery address. For approved products, a supplier shipping allowance is included in the displayed product price; delivery availability and any additional charges must be checked for the buyer's destination before payment. For US orders, we must have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping timeframe or ship within 30 days if no timeframe is promised; if we cannot meet the deadline, we will request customer consent to a delay or provide a prompt refund as required. Cross-border purchases may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on the destination. Before placing a live order, the store must communicate a verified delivery estimate and all legally required charges.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Return and cancellation conditions will be confirmed before checkout opens, including eligibility, time windows, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are processed. Mandatory customer protections in the buyer's jurisdiction continue to apply. Please contact the merchant using the verified support address for return instructions rather than returning merchandise to a supplier without authorization.
Privacy notice
The store collects contact information, shopping-cart details, shipping information, and order data to process purchases, respond to inquiries and coordinate delivery with suppliers. When payment processing is enabled, card payment details are collected by the configured payment provider, not stored on this website. Limited shipping details may be transferred internationally to the fulfillment supplier. Before paid transactions begin, we will publish our legal business details, applicable retention practices and customer information request procedures.
Terms of sale
Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change. An order is accepted for fulfillment only after verified payment and successful supplier availability checks. Estimated shipping fees and import charges may vary. Purchases will only become available after we publish final seller details, return terms, applicable consumer protections and checkout disclosures. Until then, collection prices are indicative and products cannot be ordered.
